Effective September 2026. These terms cover using this website — balancedontimebooks.com, operated by Balanced On Time Books (“we,” “us”) — and its forms. They’re separate from the terms of any bookkeeping engagement itself, which are set out in that client’s own signed agreement, and don’t replace or alter one.
Using this site
This website is provided to share information about Balanced On Time Books’ bookkeeping services, open positions, and to let visitors request a callback or apply for a job. It’s intended for that purpose — not for automated scraping, attempting to access another visitor’s or applicant’s information, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or the admin tools that manage it.
Information you submit
Using the Contact or Apply forms means submitting some personal or business information voluntarily, for the purpose stated on that form (getting a callback, or being considered for a role). What’s collected and how it’s handled is covered in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. Submitting a form doesn’t guarantee a callback, an interview, or a job offer. Please don’t submit banking credentials, account passwords, Social Security numbers, or full financial-account numbers through these forms.
No professional advice, and no client relationship, from this site itself
The content on this website — including the Services and FAQ pages — is general information about what Balanced On Time Books offers, not legal, tax, investment, audit, or other professional advice specific to any business. Visiting this website or submitting a form does not, by itself, create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only once the parties enter into a written engagement agreement.

These terms may be updated from time to time as the site changes; the “Effective” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the updated terms.
