Why us
White-glove service, without the white-glove price tag.
Most people think bookkeeping is just for taxes. Taxes matter — but good bookkeeping does more: it shows you, in plain terms, what’s really going on in your business — what you’re making, spending, owing, and how much cash you actually have.
When your numbers are accurate and consistent, you can make better calls on pricing, hiring, or growth. It also means more stability — no more cash-flow surprises or “where did the money go?” moments.
- FriendlyClear answers, no jargon — ever.
- ThoroughEvery transaction accounted for, nothing skipped.
- FastResponsive communication, on a schedule you can count on.
- Easy to work withA simple monthly process and reports you can actually use.

Common questions
Before you ask.
Do you do taxes?
No — Balanced On Time Books does not prepare or file tax returns. What’s guaranteed is that the books stay clean and ready to hand off to the CPA, enrolled agent, or other qualified tax professional you choose.
My books are way behind. Can you still help?
Yes — catch-up bookkeeping and QuickBooks or NetSuite cleanup are part of what’s offered, no matter how far behind things are.
Cash basis or accrual basis?
Cash basis — that’s the specialty here. If a business requires accrual-basis accounting, we may not be the right fit for that engagement, but we’re happy to help clarify what level of support fits.
